Office Hours: Wed. 4-5; Thurs. 4-5

Participation Points: I will assign a maximum of 5 participation points as part of your final grade. These points will reflect your attendance in class, your participation in class, and your presentation.

Papers and Presentations: The in-class presentations of your paper will be given during the last two or three class meetings. It is a mandatory part of the class.  If you cannot attend on the scheduled date of your presentation, it is your responsibility to switch with another student, or if it is the last presentation day, to schedule an alternative date and reserve a room.

You will turn in a rough draft of your paper on the date of your presentation. I will edit the paper and make suggestions, and you will then write the final version of the paper.  I deduct points for papers that are late.  Final papers are normally due before the exam period begins.

Part of the grade of the paper will be based on how well you integrate the readings and ideas presented in this course into your paper.
